The Grievance Redressal Committee has been formed in the College as per the UGC guidelines to redress the grievances of both the staff and the students. Since the inception of the college, the Committee has been under the direct purview of the principal.
Objectives:
- To enable a strife free atmosphere in the College through promotion of cordial Student-Student and Student-teacher and other relationship etc
- To provide responsive, accountable and easily accessible machinery for settlement of grievances of Students in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
- Encouraging the Students and faculty to express their grievances without any fear of being victimized.
- To support, those students who have been deprived of the services offered by the College, for which he/she is entitled.
- To make officials of the College courteous in dealing with the students.
- To ensure effective solution to the student’s grievances with an impartial and fair approach.
How To Approach The Committee In Case Of Any Grievance
Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the committee members in person, or in case the person is unwilling to appear in self, grievances may be dropped in writing at the letterbox/ suggestion box of the Grievance Cell at Academic block. Grievances may also be sent through e-mail to id’s or as messages to whtasaap numbers displayed next to complaint box.
